Shipping Policy

1. Classroom students

Students who attend our Manjalpur or Tarsali centre receive their kit at the centre, normally in their first class after the kit fee is paid. There is no delivery charge.

2. Online and hybrid students

For students who learn online, we ship the kit by courier to an address in India. We confirm any delivery charge before you pay. Kits are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment and arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location. We share the tracking details by WhatsApp or email once the kit is dispatched.

3. Kits and products bought separately

The same delivery times apply to kits or components bought on their own.

4. Damaged or missing items

Check the kit when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, tell us within 7 days with a photo, and we will replace it free of charge.

5. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
