1. About these terms

These terms apply when you enquire about, enrol in, or pay for any programme run by Kidroids Academi ("Kidroids", "we", "us"), and when you use our website kidroidsacademi.co.in. By enrolling a student you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the student.

2. Who can enrol

Our programmes are for students aged 6 to 19. A parent or legal guardian must complete the enrolment and is responsible for fees and for the student's conduct. We do not accept enrolment directly from a child.

3. Free demo class

The demo class is free and carries no obligation to enrol. We may limit demo classes to one per child.

4. Enrolment and batches

A seat is confirmed once the enrolment form is complete and the first payment is received. We place students in batches by age and level. We may change a batch's timing or move a student to a better-suited batch, and we will give you reasonable notice of any change.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are as quoted to you at enrolment. Our programme fee has two parts: a one-time kit fee and a monthly programme fee. Monthly fees are payable in advance, by the date we give you. We issue a receipt for every payment. If fees remain unpaid 15 days after the due date, we may pause the student's seat until payment is made. We will tell you in writing at least 30 days before any fee change takes effect.

6. The learning kit

Once the kit fee is paid, the kit belongs to the student to keep. Replacement parts for components lost or damaged through use can be bought from us at cost. Kits contain small parts and electronic components and are not suitable for unsupervised use by young children at home.

7. Attendance and missed classes

Classes missed by the student are not refunded or carried forward. Where possible we will offer a make-up session, subject to batch availability. If we cancel a class, we will arrange a make-up session or adjust the next month's fee.

8. Safety and conduct

Students work with tools, motors, batteries and, at higher levels, soldering equipment, always under supervision. Students must follow the instructor's safety instructions. We may ask a parent to collect a student whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk. Parents are responsible for the student before the class begins and after it ends, including drop-off and pick-up.

9. Photographs and video

We only photograph or film students, or publish their work with their name, where the parent has given separate written permission, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw that permission at any time.

10. Projects and course material

Projects a student builds are their own. Our curriculum, worksheets, videos and teaching material belong to Kidroids and may not be copied, shared or resold.

11. Online and hybrid sessions

For online sessions the parent provides a working device, internet connection and a suitable space. We are not responsible for sessions missed because of connectivity problems on the student's side.

12. Our responsibility

We teach with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise particular exam results, competition outcomes or admissions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Using our website

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy it for commercial use or try to disrupt the site.

14. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp before they apply to existing students.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
